Adrak Developers has revealed the soft opening of Yenaier, its flagship residential and commercial project, which will revolutionize luxury living in Oman by fusing contemporary elegance with the country’s rich cultural legacy.
More than 700 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences, as well as a variety of commercial space, will be available to residents upon completion of the free-hold development within the Sultan Haitham City project.
The historic project, which is anticipated to become a pillar of Oman’s urban landscape, was revealed at the Sultanate of Oman’s biggest urban planning event, Urban October and Home Building.
It focuses on urban planning, real estate, and construction and falls on important international occasions like World Habitat Day, World Cities Day, and World Architecture Day.
Speaking about the project, Dr. Thomas Alexander, Chairman of Adrak Developers, stated that Yenaier, which is Arabic for January, represents rebirth and new possibilities.
“As Oman’s throne month and a time for cultural celebration, January holds deep significance for the nation and serves as the perfect inspiration for this new community. Yenaier reflects Adrak’s commitment to excellence, embodying the warmth, optimism, and cultural pride that characterize Omani heritage,” he stated.
Adrak Developers provided unique insights into the architectural wonders and lifestyle upgrades that Yenaier will provide at the show, which was attended by stakeholders, industry experts, and potential residents.
According to Alexander, the property is intended to be a haven of luxury that combines contemporary conveniences with organic surroundings to promote an active outdoor lifestyle.
Residents will have access to specially planned settings that embrace Oman’s favorable January climate, with lush green parks, common areas, and chances for outdoor activities that honor Omani traditions.
Alexander noted that Yenaier was more than just a housing development; it was an homage to Omani culture and the January spirit of rebirth.
“We envision a place where residents can celebrate life and foster a strong sense of community while being surrounded by the natural beauty of Sultan Haitham City,” he added.
According to Adrak Developers, off-plan sales will begin in January 2025, coinciding with Yenaier’s official inauguration.
Dr Aadil Alexander, Executive Director, said: “We are honoured to collaborate with the Ministry of Housing for the remarkable Sultan Haitham City project by launching Yenaier. Our vision for this modern luxury development focuses on creating refined, thoughtful spaces that seamlessly blend comfort, exclusivity, and high-end finishes.”
“Designed for all nationalities, the project aims to foster an integrated community where individuals can live, socialize and thrive within an environment of balance and elegance,” he stated.
According to him, the project’s work is anticipated to begin in April of next year, with completion targets that complement Oman’s ambitious urban development objectives.
