UAE developer Arada has reported the deals of the second branded residences building of Vida Residences Aljada being produced in partnership with Emaar Hospitality.
The Vida Aljada complex, which contains two branded residential buildings, one serviced apartment building, and the Vida Aljada hotel, will show minimalistic and contemporary interiors.
The owners and residents of Vida Residences Aljada will also have the lush green tree-lined boulevard with the complex, with different high-end shopping and dining experiences.
Situated in the Naseej District, a new creative neighborhood for Sharjah, the 94 units in the Vida REsidences 2 Aljada show a range of one, two, and three-bedroom branded apartments and also a lavish four-bedroom luxury penthouse.
Launching the sale, CEO Ahmed Alkhoshaibi said: “As a vibrant new addition to Aljada’s lifestyle offerings, the first phase of sales for Vida Residences Aljada received an excellent response from both investors and end-users, with sales receiving an additional boost following the December launch of Naseej District.”
Building work for Vida Residences Aljada and the near Vida Aljada hotel is arranged to start in the second quarter of this year, with the completion predicted by the end of 2022, he said.
