Dubai: Reportage Properties, which has continuous projects at Abu Dhabi’s Al Raha Beach, has cut down its down payment requirements to 10% for deals during Ramadan. It is also offering a 10% discount.
The developer has 8 active projects in Abu Dhabi and four in Dubai. All together they will create about 5,000 new houses.
“The company is keen to make special offers that meet the requirements of customers,” said Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO. “Strong sales this year would confirm the UAE real estate market overcoming the challenges associated with the pandemic”.
The previous year, reportage said it had deals of Dh812 million.
