Dubai’s weeklong real estate deals accounted for $925.6 million

DUBAI- A sum of 1,557 real estate and properties deals cost at AED3.4 billion were recorded during the week ending 6th May 2021, as per a report provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) on Thursday.

111 plots were sold for AED 486.92 million, 1,027 apartments and villas were sold for AED 1.87 billion.

The main three deals were land in Al Thanayah Fourth sold for AED37.5 million, then comes a land that was sold for AED37 million in Palm Jumeirah, and land sold for AED37.5 million in Al Thanayah Fourth in third place.

Al Hebiah Third registered the most deals for this week by 30 deals worth AED64.78 million, then comes Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 15 deals worth AED 121.1 million, and Nad Al Shiba First with 15 deals worth AED37 million in third place.

The main three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED336 million in Marsa Dubai, an apartment was second on the list sold for AED217 million in Palm Jumeirah, and at last, it was sold for AED129 million in Palm Jumeirah.

The total of home loan properties for the week was AED1 billion, with the highest being land in Al Thanyah First, loan for AED91 million.
