Dh2 billion worth of real estate deals recorded in Dubai

Dubai: According to Dubai Land Department, the real estate market in the city closed deals worth Dh2 billion on Wednesday.

A land plot was sold for Dh9 million in the airport city, followed by a plot that was sold for Dh8 million in Warsan 1, and the third most expensive plot went for Dh6 million in Muasaim 1.

There were four transactions worth Dh11 million in Nad Al Sheba 1, followed by two at Dh3 million in Al Yafra 3, and two at Dh12 million in Wadi Al Safa 5.

There was the most expensive sale in Palm Jumeirah, where a villa was sold for Dh37 million, followed by a deal in Business Bay, where Dh29 million was spent, and finally, Warsan 4, where a deal worth Dh24 million was consummated.

Al Merkadh came out on top when it comes to the number of villas and apartments sold, with 35 deals worth Dh59 million. Business Bay was second with 34 transactions worth Dh93 million, followed by Al Hebiah Fourth with 29 transactions valued at Dh62 million.
