The cost of property deals in the northern emirate of Ajman cost AED793 million ($216 million) in February, as per the monthly report provided by the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation.
The report stated the stable performance of the emirate’s property market.
The month saw the registration of 454 property deals during February with the Eastern Sector leading in the list of most traded areas at AED9.5 million. The biggest transaction of land in value was recorded at Nuaimia 2 at AED9.5 million, provided in the report.
Furthermore, the monthly property report showed that 394 home loan deals were registered, the highest of which was calculated at AED80 million for the land in Rumaila 2, it added.
