Spread over a 2-million-sq-m region in the Al Mirfa City, the Emirati-style residential community flaunts 5-room units alongside other key conveniences.

Each of these residential units covers a whole land area of 543 sq m, and contains majlis (separate for men and women), food hall, two family living rooms, kitchen, store, plus two private rooms for a maid and a driver, among other facilities, said Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region, after unveiling the project.

Sheik Hamdan said the undertaking was being carried out according to the orders of the President HH Sheik Khalifa canister Zayed Al Nahyan, with the help of His Highness Sheik Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

He was later informed of the project and was shown the design plans and particulars alongside the interior and exterior details of the undertaking which incorporates community facilities, like schools, shopping centers, parks, and open areas, supported by roads, street lights, rainwater drainage, and infrastructure work for communication lines, sewage networks, as well as water and electricity supply.

Lauding the project, Falah Mohamed Al Ahbabi, the Chairman of Abu Dhabi Housing Council, said the undertaking comes in the interpretation of the UAE  leadership’s determination to keep on guaranteeing good life for all residents with a definitive objective of keeping up friendly government assistance in the emirate.

“Al Mughira provides an ideal residential community that combines the advantages of modern designs inspired from a quintessential Emirati environment,” he added.
