The Dar Al Arkan unit unveils a luxury villa project in Spain worth $308 million

The latest villa project, Tierra Viva, is being built in the Spanish town of Benahavis at a cost of €282 million ($308 million), in partnership with Automobili Lamborghini, the world’s top super sports car manufacturer. Dar Global, the real estate division of the Saudi company Dar Al Arkan, has announced the launch of the project.

It is only an 8-minute drive from the gorgeous Marbella, a city and resort area on southern Spain’s Costa del Sol, which is a part of the Andalusia region, which is located in the ultra-exclusive neighbourhood of Benahavis.

The first residential project in Europe with the super sports car brand, this architectural masterpiece was influenced by the unmistakable design of Automobili Lamborghini.

Dar Global, a significant player in the real estate industry, seeks to build tastefully constructed homes in prime locations around the Middle East and Europe to serve the second and vacation home market.

According to the upscale developer, Tierra Viva is a private neighbourhood with 24-hour premium security that is part of the gated community of Los Jararillos, which has two gatehouses and 24-hour premium security, offering a private and secure environment for its inhabitants and visitors.

It also has a wide variety of distinctively large villas with expansive views of the Mediterranean Sea that skillfully combine strength and liveliness.

Unveiling the project, Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, said: “Tierra Viva represents more than just an exclusive community; it is an emblem of luxury living. At Dar Global, we have always sought to present the limited edition of luxury real estate to our discerning clientele.”

“We are delighted to collaborate with Automobili Lamborghini, further broadening our array of luxury brands and delivering the top-tier experience to Spain,” he noted.

Each house is located at a different level inside the gorgeous Andalusian hills, providing inhabitants with countless views of the Mediterranean Sea. According to El Chaar, the community has three different villa designs: Diamante (6-bedroom), Zafiro (5-bedroom), and Esmeralda (4-bedroom).

According to him, each villa has direct vehicle access, expansive swimming pools, many outdoor spaces, and blooming gardens, all of which are adorned with polished marble flooring, luxurious leather, and glass accents.

Automobili Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann said: “This partnership represents the merging of Lamborghini’s luxury super sports car essence and Dar Global’s proficiency in real estate. Tierra Viva embodies the core and power of Lamborghini and its unrestricted nature, interpreted into an architectural masterpiece.”

Tierra Viva offers homeowners access to a number of attractions, including the beach, Marbella Club Golf Resort, Puerto Banus, Marbella Club Golden Mile, and the Marbella Marina thanks to its prime position in Benahavis, which is known for its extraordinary exclusivity and tranquilly.
