New UAE joint venture to invest $300m in Pakistan real estate

Reportage Properties, the UAE’s leading real estate developer headquartered in Abu Dhabi, has signed an agreement with Empire Holding Pakistan, the leading residential and commercial real estate company based in Lahore, Pakistan, to form a joint venture in the thriving Pakistani real estate market.

Based on this agreement, which aims to improve cooperation between the two companies, a new company called Reportage Empire Pakistan will be established to investigate potential real estate projects in the Pakistani market and develop the necessary marketing plans, as well as a long-term strategy for the company’s growth.

Andrea Nucera, Managing Director, signed the agreement on behalf of Reportage Properties with Faisal Iftikhar, Managing Director of Empire Holding Pakistan.

Asad Kayani, CEO of Empire Holding Pakistan, stated that the company has allocated $300 million in initial investments over the next five years, and its first project will be in the city of Lahore, with international engineering standards and amenities comparable to the UAE’s excellence standards. The planned future expansion will begin in Islamabad, followed by other Pakistani cities.

Reportage Empire Pakistan intends to develop the Pakistani real estate sector by constructing turnkey projects. The company’s expansion plans include launching projects in Pakistan’s major cities and attracting foreign direct investment to stimulate the economy and create jobs.

The company will allow Pakistani buyers to invest in real estate in Pakistan and the UAE, ensuring access to international standards and a high-quality lifestyle.

During the event, Ahmed Shehzad was named the brand ambassador for the two developers’ real estate collaboration due to his honesty and integrity, which are consistent with the values of both companies.
