A new single-tower residential development in Quezon City is being built with an investment of roughly P9.4 billion by DMCI Homes, the Consunji Group’s property development division.
One Delta Terraces, a 57-story condominium being constructed by DMCI Homes, is located at the intersection of West Avenue and Quezon Avenue.
According to DMCI Homes, “its name pays homage to the old Delta Theater that used to call this area home.”
The company introduced 276 units in its initial inventory, which had a P4.88 billion estimated value.
The price range for units at One Delta Terraces is P7.3 million to P21.7 million. These come in sizes ranging from 29 to 95.5 square meters and include studio, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom designs.
By November 2029, DMCI Homes hopes to have finished developing One Delta Terraces.
The property, which is nearly 6,000 square meters in size, has several features, including a play area, gazebo, fitness center, and swimming pools.
The new residential development is conveniently located for residents and visitors from all over Metro Manila, as it is less than a 10-minute drive from both EDSA and the Quezon Avenue ramp of Skyway Stage 3.
It is also close to the FPJ Station of LRT-1 and important MRT-3 stations, Quezon Avenue, Kamuning, and North Avenue.
DMCI Properties is a four-unit developer well-known for creating high-end communities in Mega Manila, Baguio City, Davao City, and Boracay that are modeled after resorts.
