Cairo – Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development has launched a request for proposals (RFP), looking for bidders for the improvement of the Heliopark project over a territory of 1,695 feddans in New Cairo.
Bidders can present their offers beginning from 22 March until 27 May, the organization said in a bourse exposure on Thursday.
In December 2020, the board affirmed on a fundamental level a proposition to examine the improvement of 1,695-feddan land in Heliopark as a team with property engineers.
During the main half (H1) of the fiscal year 2020/2021, Heliopolis Housing brought about overall deficits of EGP 84.57 million, against net benefits of EGP 351.3 million in the earlier year time span.
