Egypt’s Castel Landmark’s transaction with contractors increases to $146mln

Egypt – Castle Development agreed on the contracts costing EGP 2.3 billion with contractors for the Castle Landmark project to implement it as early as possible, Hapi Journal cited CEO Ahmed Mansour on February 28th.

The real estate firm has boosted about EGP 600 million into the development’s construction works, Mansour noted. He further said EGP 2.2 billion costings of contractual transactions were noted for the project.

Castle Development plans to raise the execution works of the development to 45% by the end of the same year, this was said by the CEO.

The other project in west Cairo will be given during the fourth quarter of the year, Mansour provided.

He previously said that the company would provide two new projects in the New Administrative Capital and west Cairo.
