Cairo – Mubasher: Al Wefaq Developments focuses to put in about EGP 1 billion in residential and commercial projects in the New Administrative Capital in the upcoming time, the CEO Mohamed El-Shabrawy disclosed.
The real estate developer has launched a commercial-administrative-medical project in the new capital with money of EGP 300 million, El-Shabrawy provided in a press conference.
The 3,800-square-metre (sqm) project is visioned to be finished within three years, the CEO revealed.
Moreover, the company agreed on the contracts with Eitqan for Consulting, Arab Consulting Engineers (ACE), a subsidiary of Moharram Bakhoum, and MRB for Commercial Project Management, he further said.
