Aldar Properties announced the opening of “The Arthouse,” a gated residential neighborhood located in the Al Saadiyat Cultural District.
The Arthouse is scheduled to go up for construction in Q1 2025. All nationalities will be able to purchase units starting on July 31.
The project, which is Aldar’s first residential development in the Saadiyat Cultural District, consists of two sky villas and three buildings with roomy one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
The Arthouse is aiming for a 3 Pearl Estidama rating and integrating sustainable design elements in keeping with Aldar’s mission to promote sustainable living and building practices. Additionally, it strives for a 2-star rating from Fitwel, the top certification program in the world dedicated to creating wholesome communities.
Surrounded by esteemed cultural establishments like the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, The Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, and TeamLab Phenomena, the Arthouse has a view of the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.
