Work begins on a $523 million villa project in Abu Dhabi

The third phase of the Al Falah housing project, which will cover 2.1 million square metres and cost more than AED1.92 billion ($523 million), has officially started construction, according to Abu Dhabi.

The significant development will include 899 residential villas, in addition to other significant amenities and allotted packages of land for business and community services.

According to Abu Dhabi Executive Council, the project’s first and second stages, which have already given residents 4,857 homes since 2012, and the extension of Al Falah are the most recent and reflect the expanding urbanisation of the Al Falah area.

According to the statement, each villa will have five bedrooms, two Majlis (one for men and one for women), dining and living areas, and other amenities.

The project was inspected by Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and the head of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.

He received a briefing on the project’s infrastructure, building requirements, and architectural design elements, which are all a part of the Emirati Neighbourhood plan.

Later, he reviewed the villas’ interior and exterior finishes to ensure that they complied with the highest international standards and met the needs of the residents while also enhancing their quality of life.
