On Wednesday, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) declared that three essential real estate services are now accessible via the Dubai Now platform, which unifies platforms for government agencies.
This move is a part of DLD’s continuous efforts to raise the caliber of its services and make them more proactive and adaptable to meet the needs of its clients. Additionally, it seeks to make these services easier to access via a variety of platforms and smart devices.
One of the services offered by DLD via the Dubai Now app is the Property Status Inquiry, which allows users to quickly obtain comprehensive details about any property by entering pertinent information such the property’s area and plot number. Customers can apply for a certificate outlining their property holdings through the Ownership Certificate Request feature. Property Valuation Request: To expedite relevant procedures and streamline the valuation process, electronic requests for property evaluations can be submitted.
It is consistent with the Services 360 philosophy of the Dubai Government, which aims to provide integrated, proactive, and seamless services that go above and beyond for clients.
