Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai reach AED10.4 billion

According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), 3,050 real estate transactions of AED10.4 billion were completed for the seven-day period ending on May 5, 2023.

According to the DLD data, 2,239 apartments and villas were sold for AED5.11 billion, while 189 plots went for AED1.19 billion.

The top three deals involved the sale of land in Al Thanayah Fourth for AED52 million, land in Saih Shuaib 2 for AED40.62 million, and land in Palm Deira for AED35.36 million.

Al Hebiah Fifth led the pack with 63 sales transactions totaling AED 188.2 million. MADINAT HIND 4 came in second with 22 sales transactions totaling AED 29.01 million, and Jabal Ali First came in third with 16 sales transactions totaling AED 58 million.

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment in Al Merkadh that went for AED90 million, an apartment in Jumeirah Second that came in second place and went for AED78 million, and an apartment in the Burj Khalifa that went for AED67 million.

The total value of mortgaged properties for the week came to AED3.69 billion, with land in Al Barshaa South Third having the highest mortgage of AED653 million. 110 properties worth AED497 million were distributed among first-degree relatives.
