Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai reach AED10.1 billion

According to the Dubai Land Department (DLD), 2,910 real estate and property transactions totaling AED 10.1 billion were completed during the week ending January 12.

According to the DLD weekly report, 2,100 apartments and villas sold for AED 4.84 billion, while 209 plots sold for AED 2.19 billion.

The top three transactions were a land sale in Al Hebiah Sixth for AED 138.65 million, a land sale in Business Bay for AED 105 million, and a land sale in Palm Jabal Ali for AED 47.36 million.

This week, Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the highest number of transactions with 44 sales transactions totaling AED 163.91 million. Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid came in second with 33 sales transactions worth AED 398.83 million, and Madinat Hind 4 came in third with 30 sales transactions worth AED 42.29 million.

The three most valuable apartment and villa transfers were an AED 40.02 million apartment in Al Hebiah Fourth, an AED 46 million apartment in Al Thanayah Fourth, and an AED 66 million apartment in Al Wasl.

For the week, the aggregate worth of mortgaged properties came to AED 2.28 billion. In the meantime, 82 properties totaling AED 799 million were given to first-degree relatives.
