Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai reach AED 9 billion

According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), 3,397 real estate and property transactions of AED 9 billion were made for the week ending June 9, 2023.

According to the DLD data, 2,562 flats and villas were sold for AED 5.69 billion, while 204 plots were sold for AED 1.52 billion.

The top three deals involved the sale of land in Wadi Al Safa 3 for AED 90.04 million, land in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid for AED 81.5 million, and land in Wadi Al Safa 3 for AED 78.18 million.

Al Hebiah Fifth had the highest sales this week with 31 transactions totaling AED 96.17 million. Wadi Al Safa 3 came in second with 28 transactions totaling AED 467.65 million, while Madinat Hind 4 came in third with 25 transactions totaling AED 32 million.

The top three transfers for flats and villas were an apartment in Al Thanayah Fourth that went for AED 80 million, a villa in Palm Jumeirah that came in second on the list and went for AED 55 million, and an apartment in Zaabeel First that went for AED 52 million.

The total value of mortgaged properties for the week was AED1.52 billion, with land in Nadd Hessa having the highest mortgage amount at AED122 million.

AED 340 million worth of 134 properties were distributed to first-degree relatives.
