Weeklong real estate transactions in Dubai reach AED6.7 billion

According to data made public by the Dubai Land Department, 2,401 real estate transactions of AED6.7 billion were made for the week ending September 23, 2022.

A total of 243 plots were sold for AED1.29 billion, while AED3.51 billion was spent on 1,659 apartments and villas.

The top three transactions included a land sale in Burj Khalifa for AED100 million, a land sale in Al Barsha South Fourth for AED50 million, and a land sale in Umm Suqeim, Dubai, for AED48 million.

With 102 sales transactions totaling AED246.53 million, Al Hebiah Fifth had the most transactions this week, followed by Jabal Ali First with 37 deals totaling AED162.11 million and Al Yufrah 2 with 20 transactions totaling AED24 million.

The total value of mortgaged properties for the week was 930.7 million, while 119 properties worth AED286 million were awarded to first-degree relatives.
