Reportage, a UAE real estate developer, has expanded its portfolio in one of the world’s most sustainable urban communities with the announcement of the opening of Royal Park, a new project located within Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.
The Royal Park project, which occupies 27,080 square meters of land, is divided into six residential groups. These groups include 45 townhouse units with four bedrooms, 42 penthouse units with three bedrooms, 65 apartments with four bedrooms, 170 apartments with two bedrooms, and 522 apartments with one bedroom.
Reportage Properties announced that with the opening of Royal Park, its portfolio in Masdar City will consist of six projects totaling roughly 2,750 residential units.
The main developer has 28 projects in the UAE, Egypt, Morocco, and Turkey in their portfolio.
Reportage Properties provided an update on its other projects in Masdar City, stating that it recently turned over the roughly 304-unit Oasis 2 project, completed the 612-unit Oasis Residence 1 project last year, and completed the 177-unit Leonardo Residence project approximately 4 years ago.
According to the company, it is presently working on two projects in Masdar City: The Plaza, which has roughly 348 residential units, and The Gate, which has 463 apartments.
A large pool, a kid’s pool, a gym, children’s play areas, shaded seating areas, a chess-playing area, green spaces, and barbecue areas are just a few of the “Royal Park”‘s main features. Each unit also has private parking.
In addition, it stated that the apartments feature fully covered bathrooms, double-glazed windows, central air conditioning, high-speed internet, wardrobes, and kitchen cabinets.
