The Bay Villas real estate project, a waterfront community with homes, townhouses, and villas, has been unveiled by UAE real estate developer Nakheel on Dubai Islands B.
According to a release, the gated community will have access to the beach, a central park, and community amenities like playgrounds, swimming pools, and sports facilities.
The three-bedroom townhouses are listed for AED 4 million, while the five-bedroom waterfront villas are listed for AED 13.8 million.
The project will also include a mosque, retail establishments, and leisure spaces.
The four- and five-bedroom villas are situated on plots that measure 600 square meters and 680 square meters, respectively, and the master developer stated that the project will incorporate Emirati heritage into its design elements.
Three- and four-bedroom apartments will be available in townhouses and semi-detached homes.
The Deira neighborhood of Dubai is home to the five archipelagos that make up Dubai Islands, which has seen a surge in recent construction projects by Nakheel.
The company unveiled its Beachfront Villas project earlier this week, a waterfront community with two golf courses and nine marinas.
The future Rixos Dubai Islands, Hotel & Residences will also be located within the Dubai Islands project; it is scheduled for completion in Q4 2026.
