A townhouse project is being launched at Expo City in the UAE with lush greenery and urban farming

Shamsa Townhouses, a development of townhouses surrounded by lush vegetation and urban farming, was unveiled as Expo City Dubai’s newest residential project.

The environmental protection and sustainable living goals of Expo 2020 Dubai are being committed to with this project. The new construction is located in Expo Valley, a suburb of Expo City.

There are two variations of the Shamsa townhouses: a three-bedroom and a four-bedroom model. Both have an open kitchen with a feature island, a master bathroom, a powder room, a maid’s room, and two parking spaces in the basement with direct access to the villa. These townhouses have a starting price of Dh3.4 million.

The Shamsa townhouses are one of many projects that will include villas and townhouses hidden in a green oasis and within a natural habitat, prioritizing its occupants’ health, well-being, and happiness. They are an equitable and sustainable development.

A gated neighborhood within Expo City called Expo Valley combines beautiful vegetation, a lake, and a wadi with the convenience of city living. The residents will take pleasure in a peaceful lifestyle that blends nature, space, and convenience close at hand.

There will be a Wadi built in the neighborhood between the homes. The one-kilometer wadi will offer a variety of landscapes, including a body of water and rocky topography, where people may go hiking in the surrounding area. A microclimate created by the wadi will lower temperatures and serve as a natural noise and dust barrier.

The first phase of the project is already under construction, and the developers aim to finish it by January 2026. Gazelles will be grazing nearby, and locals will be able to see wild creatures.

The neighborhood will have designated tracks for bicycles and e-scooters as well as car-free roads. All of the roads will be subterranean. The primary Expo City attractions are reachable by residents via a pedestrian, bicycle, and autonomous vehicle corridor.

The valley’s distinctive topography, characterized as a folded earth, is used in its development and design. A resident can enjoy the view as far as the eye can see from the terrace without being restricted by any structures. Due to its distinctive geography, a microclimate is created that decreases temperatures and acts as a natural shield against noise and dust.
