According to the developer’s most recent status report, Wynn Al Marjan Island construction is progressing steadily. The resort’s 305-meter tower is almost at its maximum height, and topping-out is anticipated in late November 2025.
With roof-deck construction proceeding, the tower has now reached the 70th story, putting the integrated resort on track for its spring 2027 launch.
According to the update, the façade of the tower is being installed quickly; 73% of the facade panels are currently in place, and 97% of the concrete and steel work has been completed throughout the resort’s low-rise buildings. The resort’s accommodations’ structural work is 99.7% finished, and interior fit-outs are moving along at a rate of roughly 98%.
Wynn Al Marjan’s events and celebrations center, Coral Court, a 7,700-square-meter venue with a Grand Ballroom devoid of columns, was recently unveiled by the developer. It features prayer rooms, separate bridal and groom salons, six conference rooms, and an event lawn with a view of the Arabian Gulf.
Alain Ducasse’s French-American steakhouse and Delilah, the supper club concept from Wynn Las Vegas and The h.wood Group, are among the 22 venues that Wynn has announced as part of its dining and entertainment portfolio.
Wynn Al Marjan Island, which spans more than 60 hectares, will have 297 Enclave suites and 1,217 resort rooms.
