On Tuesday, Deyaar Development PJSC declared that it will begin construction on three new projects in Al Furjan, which would cost about Dh300 million.
The projects will have 400 unique units with one, two, or three bedrooms that will be divided between residential and hotel flats. Amalia Residences will be the first project, while the other two will be revealed in 2023.

The Amalia Residences project will also offer a variety of amenities for residents, including a gym, a play area, a swimming pool, and a children’s pool.
