The weeklong real estate transactions in Dubai were worth AED4.1 billion

AED4.1 billion worth of real estate and properties transactions were completed during the week ending 21 January 2022. The total number of transactions was 1,992.

The sale price of 287 plots reached AED1.08 billion, while the purchase price of 1,059 apartments and villas reached AED2.25 billion.

The top three transactions were land in Al Hebiah Fifth sold for AED190 million, land in Al Thanyah First sold for AED45 million and land in Al Hebiah Fifth sold for AED190 million.

Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most sales for this week with 222 transactions worth AED 627.48 million, followed by Jabal Ali First with 11 sales worth AED 29.28 million, and Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 9 sales worth AED 108 million in third place.

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment sold for AED 292 million in Marsa Dubai, an apartment sold for AED 235 million in Burj Khalifa, and a villa sold for AED 171 million in Palm Jumeirah.

For the week, there were 696.14 million mortgaged properties, with the highest being land in Mankhool, mortgaged for AED90 million.

A total of 60 properties worth AED143 million were granted between first-degree relatives.
