Dubai's weeklong real estate transactions total AED5.3 billion

The week of August 5, 2022, had a total of 5.3 billion AED worth of real estate and property transactions. 2,247 transactions were made in total.

1,510 flats and villas were sold for AED2.79 billion, while 255 plots were sold for AED1.24 billion.

A land in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid was sold for AED106.57 million, coming in the first place, and land in Island 2 was sold for AED90 million, coming in second.

Al Hebiah Fifth had the most transactions this week with 130 purchases for AED310.91 million. Jabal Ali First came in second with 40 sales worth AED126.81 million, and Al Yufrah 2 came in third with 26 sales worth AED31 million.

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment in Marsa Dubai that went for AED375 million, an apartment in Business Bay that went for AED329 million, and an apartment in the Burj Khalifa that went for AED246 million.

The total value of mortgaged properties for the week came to AED1.14 billion, with land in Al Thanyah First having the highest mortgage of AED140 million.

AED214 million worth of 68 properties were distributed among first-degree relatives.
