The weeklong real estate transactions in Dubai totaled AED10.3 billion

The overall value of the real estate and property transactions during the week ending August 19th, 2022 was AED10.3 billion. 3,149 transactions were made in total.

2,239 flats and villas were sold for AED3.94 billion, while 344 plots went for AED2.55 billion.

The top three deals involved the sale of land in Al Wasl for AED400.18 million, a property in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid for AED205 million, and land in Palm Jumeirah for AED130 million.

This week, Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the highest transactions with 173 purchases for AED475.48 million. Jabal Ali First came in second with 70 sales worth AED284.36 million, and Al Yufrah 2 came in third with 28 sales worth AED35 million.

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment in Business Bay that went for AED600 million, an apartment in Palm Jumeirah that went for AED437 million, and an apartment in the Burj Khalifa that went for AED406 million.

The total value of mortgaged properties for the week came to AED3.74 billion, with a land in Al Mamzer having the largest mortgage of AED1 billion.

80 properties worth AED 110 million were distributed among first-degree relatives.
