Plans for Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Downtown, scheduled for completion in 2028, have been revealed by Hilton and NABNI Developments, the forward-thinking real estate developer responsible for some of the most sought-after residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
Being the first-ever standalone Waldorf Astoria residential address outside of the US, Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Downtown is set to elevate the prestigious hospitality brand’s global presence. It will be situated in the iconic Downtown Dubai district. With a signing ceremony, the prestigious partnership became official and ushered in a new era of opulence in the center of Dubai. The Residences, which will be built on a 1.5-acre (65,000-square-foot) lot in Downtown Dubai, will combine a Waldorf Astoria-managed luxury hospitality experience with interior design by renowned hospitality design firm Hirsch Bedner Associates and world-class architecture by Carlos Ott Architects.
