According to Dubai South Properties, the South Living Tower, a luxury apartment complex in Dubai South’s Residential District, has sold out. Since the main contractor was chosen in September, the project’s construction has already begun.
The project, which is anticipated to be finished by Q1 2027, will have 209 roomy apartments, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, as well as special-terraced homes that provide a combination of indoor and outdoor living spaces. A kids’ library, a yoga deck, a BBQ area, a gazebo seating area, a modern gym, a sauna, a multipurpose room, a swimming pool and deck area, and beautifully designed elevated gardens provide a luxurious and comfortable haven.
