The Sharjah Crown Prince reviews the development of the Real Estate Platform

The Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council, H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, emphasized the importance of digital projects and the necessity of raising service standards with effective, superior platforms that guarantee user-friendliness and prompt access to proactive and real-time services. These projects seek to enhance the user experience while offering a safe online space that keeps up with the quick development of AI and technology.

H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, the Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, the Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, were present when he made this statement at the Ruler’s Office during a review of updates on the Integrated Real Estate Services Platform project.

The platform, which is scheduled for a December launch this year, will build a comprehensive ecosystem with service packages like a “Transactions Package” for financing, sales, rentals, and mortgages, as well as a “Post-Transactions Package” for services like resolving rental disputes and connecting properties with service providers. Additionally, it will help developers and other business owners by facilitating licensing and offering helpful guides.

Sheikh Sultan emphasized the need to step up government initiatives to bring about qualitative changes in response to contemporary technology and make sure that the emirate’s services are sustainable for all users—citizens, residents, investors, and tourists.

The Integrated Real Estate Services Platform project, which aims to provide a centralized digital platform for real estate services in Sharjah, was presented to the attendees. The platform will facilitate the provision of services by pertinent entities via a unified portal, thereby augmenting the accuracy and dependability of real estate data for users and decision-makers.

The platform seeks to create a comprehensive, information-rich technical environment by connecting and unifying systems. By providing a comprehensive picture of the market and regulating real estate practices to guarantee the project’s goals are fulfilled, it will improve the accuracy of real estate data. The platform will also enhance users’ digital experiences in the real estate industry.

The project will improve people’s quality of life and peace of mind by offering services that are driven by the market and meeting their needs. The platform will link all stakeholders, including foreign investors, and provide transparency, seamless experiences, and high-quality services.
