The new VIP Terminal Boulevard has been unveiled at Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub

In order to meet the increasing demand for aviation-related services, the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) in Dubai South has announced the opening of The VIP Terminal Boulevard.

The boulevard, which is 769 meters long and has 16 buildings with amenities and retail spaces totaling 204,000 square meters, is situated near to the VIP Terminal. Beginning in 2026, the project will be developed in stages.

Aviation One, a six-story structure within the boulevard with contemporary architectural design and practical layouts, has already started construction.

Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, said: “The VIP Terminal Boulevard is a significant addition to the world-class facilities at Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub. It will open new opportunities for leading aviation companies and luxury brands to flourish, while further strengthening Dubai’s position as a premier destination for companies and a key player on the global aviation map.”

A free-zone location for airlines, private jet operators, MROs (maintenance, repair, and overhaul providers), and associated businesses, MBRAH is a part of Dubai South. Along with training and educational facilities, it also has maintenance centers.
