Imtiaz Developments is committed to providing materials of the highest caliber, reinforcing its resolve to raise the bar for contemporary living standards, and fostering loyalty among a broad audience.

Senior Imtiaz Developments officials acclaimed Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi, and well-known UAE influencers all attended the unveiling.

On this occasion, Masih Imtiaz, CEO of Imtiaz Developments, said: “We aim to create a space that fosters a deeper connection with the community and the lovely city of Dubai. Additionally, we envisioned the apartments at Luxor by Imtiaz as a gathering place for families and creating lasting memories. We have gone the extra mile by identifying and incorporating elements that match the expectations of the modern-day home buyer in an effort to have happy and satisfied clients. We are creating large spatial apartments that can be called a home in the true sense. With that backdrop, we have curated a superior quality living environment for future residents to make life easy, help build communities, and foster a safer and greener residential space.”

A sky garden, a leisure platform, an infinity pool, and a kids’ section guaranteeing an immersive experience are among the 450 flats on 30 stories that make up the residency. The luxury spa, fully equipped gym, ultra-modern theater for a cinematic escape, and cutting-edge clubhouse for relaxation, leisure, and recreational activities are just a few of the distinctive features Luxor by Imtiaz has to offer. The project incorporates environmentally friendly elements like multi-level parking spaces with electric vehicle charging stations.

The project’s estimated total cost is Dh390 million ($106,178,943 approx.). By 2026, the building will be finished and ready for occupancy.
