The latest super-luxury penthouse on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah costs Dh250 million

According to Alpago Properties, the developer, the most luxurious apartment on the Palm Jumeirah will cost Dh250 million. Prices have been set for the 10 units that make up the project’s 11 stories by the developer, who recently sold a new mansion on the Palm for Dh302.5 million.

Sales won’t begin until the project is finished, which is anticipated in 2024; this is a method Alpago has used with its Frond G six-villa cluster, where the Dh302.5 million property is situated.

Each unit on the Palm Flower would cost between Dh95 million and Dh250 million, and its spread will be between 9,000 and 19,000 square feet. The most expensive unit receives two floors, while the other nine will each have one.

“We are already well-known for delivering some of the most breathtaking and eye-catching properties to our esteemed clientele and this will be no different,” said Murat Ayyildiz, Chariman of Alpago Properties, which had commissioned UK’s Foster + Partners as the architect.

“Upon completion, Palm Flower will become one of the most sought-after residences in the world.” (Foster + Partners was most recently associated with the Alif – The Mobility Pavilion at Expo 2020, and its roster includes the Gherkin in London, Apple Tower Theatre in Los Angeles, and Hong Kong International Airport.)

Private elevators in the entrance will connect the spacious basement with customized parking pods and go right up to the penthouses. Every apartment will feature a large patio with a private pool that faces the sea.

By the end of September, Dubai’s home sales of Dh100 million had already surpassed those for the entire year 2021, while the most recent transactions on the Palm had reached Dh600 million.
