The latest mansion sale at Majid Al Futtaim's Tilal Al Ghaf project in Dubai reaches Dh200 million

Selling a home for Dh200 million has established a new pricing standard for the Tilal Al Ghaf villa community. This is the largest deal ever recorded at the Majid Al Futtaim Properties’ project, demonstrating the continued high demand for land-only luxury residences in Dubai priced at Dh100 million and above.

The announcement of the purchase came shortly after the largest residential site sale ever completed in the UAE, which sold for Dh125 million on Jumeira Bay.

The villa sold at Tilal Al Ghaf is one of only 13 residences on the island’s artificial ‘Lanai Islands’, which are surrounded by a 150,000 square meter lagoon. The villa will have eight bedrooms and a floating lounge deck, a sunken rooftop terrace with 360-degree views across the lagoon, and a triple-height courtyard that “brings light and lush greenery into the very heart of the home.” It will have more than 30,000 square feet of gross floor area (GSA).

The sale was closed by Orange City Properties.
