The final phase of the luxury apartments built by Q Properties, a well-known UAE real estate developer and a division of Q Holding, have been made available in Reem Hills, the only gated neighborhood on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.
According to a statement from Q Holding, the project’s Phase Three will include roomy townhouses and apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms within the important development.
The statement was made after all residential units in the project’s first two stages were successfully sold in a record amount of time, indicating unheard-of investor and customer interest, it said.
Commenting on the launch, Chief Development Officer David Harman said: “We have seen very strong demand for Reem Hills and we expect this last phase to continue to attract buyers looking for a well-designed, quality product in a great location.”
