The final phase of Deyaar's Midtown community has been launched

Deyaar Development PJSC, a property developer and provider of real estate services with headquarters in Dubai, has announced the opening of Jannat, the last residential neighborhood of its Midtown flagship community project. The project is ideally positioned in the center of Midtown in Dubai Production City and has a built-up area of 521,400 square feet (sq ft). It consists of two towers that are joined by a bridge. There are 360 flats available in the residential towers, starting at Dh 560,000. By Q2 2026, the project will be finished.

According to Deeyar CEO Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami on Monday, the construction represents the last residential phase of the Midtown neighborhood because all earlier stages have already been fully occupied.

Al Qatami said, “Following the successful handover of the previous phases at Midtown, we look forward to completing another uplifting district under our flagship development, which comprises 24 buildings spanning six districts, with the same commitment to quality and timely delivery that Deyaar is renowned for.” Overlooking Jumeirah Golf Estates, Jannat is at the head of Midtown’s landscaped piazza stretching a kilometer.

The neighborhood has playgrounds for kids, open lawns for meetings with family and neighbors, and community parks. According to Deeyar, the podium-like multi-utility retail boulevard is another integrated zone that houses clothing boutiques, bookstores, drugstores, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes.

A 3000 square foot nursery, recreation, sports, and daycare centers, as well as six districts spread across 24 buildings, make up the integrated Midtown neighborhood.
