Dubai’s real estate division recorded an AED (USD 5.2 billion) from AED last week.
Sales transactions dominated the numbers at AED 13.53 billion (US$3.7 billion) according to land sector data.
A total of 4,477 sales transactions were recorded between February 24th and 28th.

Some of the most expensive sales transactions listed on the country’s website include:
- Business Bay’s Omniyat Enara’s office sold for $84 million (US$23 million)
- Jumeirah’s Ring apartment sold for $55.2 million ($15 million).
- The Jumeirah Ring apartment was sold for AED 54.4m ($14.8 million).
- Last week, the land sector also showed mortgage shops worth US$46.9 billion (US$1.3 billion).
Gift transactions for the same period were valued at AED 799 ($228 million).
