The Dubai Palm Flower will have one penthouse per floor

The Palm is prepared to welcome the Palm Flower, another ultra-luxury building. The 11-story skyscraper is currently under construction.

The developer is Alpago Properties, which has a history of closing high-value transactions on the island. In actuality, Alpago is the function Object() { [native code] } of the Dh302.5 million residence, which is a part of a collection of 6 villas on the Frond G and is referred to by the developer as “Billionaires’ Row.”

The “Palm Flower,” an 11-story building, was initially announced last year. Ten apartments, each taking up a complete level, with one mega-penthouse taking up two stories, will be the only buildings with more than one penthouse per floor. It is situated on Palm Jumeirah’s West Beach.

The famed UK-based firm Foster & Partners, led by Norman Foster, is the architect behind the Palm Flower. The Gherkin in London, Apple Tower Theatre in Los Angeles, Hong Kong International Airport, and Alif – The Mobility Pavilion at Expo 2020 have all been connected to the agency.

Upcoming project

In September, Alpago Houses unveiled what it claimed would be one of Dubai’s most costly properties, if not the most expensive. This one will also be on Palm Jumeirah’s Frond G.

The cost of the six-villa project is anticipated to range from “Dh120 million to Dh300 million.” The Casa Del Sole mansion, which has eight bedrooms, was constructed over four levels (basement, ground, first, and second Floors) on a 28,000-square-foot site. Its enclosed space is approximately 25,000 square feet. There is 15-car parking available in the basement.

The villa has an infinity pool, private bowling alley, home theatre, hammam, jacuzzi, and patio with a bar and lounge. The first quarter of 2023 is when this Alpago project is scheduled to be completed.
