The Dubai Municipality has launched an online portal to provide easy access to land and property information

A new online platform that gives property owners quick access to their land and property information, including building permits and completion certificates, has been introduced by the Dubai Municipality.

The Municipality’s ongoing efforts to create superior digital services that improve service accessibility, user experience, and customer satisfaction include the creation of a new portal.

Dawoud Al Hajri, Director General of Dubai Municipality, said: “The new online portal is part of Dubai Municipality’s efforts to offer digital services that are both comprehensive and cutting-edge. The platform has been specially designed to enhance user experience and customer satisfaction. This innovative initiative is more than a service, it represents a commitment to streamlining customer interactions in alignment with Dubai’s aspirations for a digitally-advanced and inclusive society. It sets a new global standard for government services, while significantly enhancing both daily life and business operations through proactive, efficient, and effective service delivery.

Eng. Mariam Al Muhairi, CEO of the Buildings Regulation and Permits Agency, said: “This new service provides owners with convenient and quick access to their land and property data. The service aims to raise service benchmarks for corporate and individual clients and meet their requirements efficiently and speedily by providing a seamless, fast, and comprehensive digital user experience.”

Customers can access the new service through Dubai Municipality’s Digital Portal on:

https://hub.dm.gov.ae/openid/login?usertype=dm_external&locale=en

Customers can register with their UAE Pass account in the control panel by clicking the link, which will take them there. They can view the information, a summary, and the status of service requests after completing the registration process.

Users can access key information, like the area name, kind of ownership, and sitemap’s issuing date, as well as download alternatives, by choosing a specific piece of property. Additionally, the portal provides comprehensive construction permit information that may be downloaded, including license dates, types, and numbers. The kind, issuing date, and application number of the completion certificate are also easily accessible to users. The Municipality’s ongoing efforts to create superior digital services that improve service accessibility, user experience, and customer satisfaction include the creation of a new portal.
