The UAE-based real estate developer MAG has launched its first international project, a new project in Switzerland.
The project, called Stabio Garden Living by Keturah, is estimated to be worth AED 781 million (CHF 185 million). A++ Group, a real estate design and development company, will work together on its development.
The project, which will consist of 14 buildings and 180 units, is expected to be finished by 2026, the company stated.

MAG has initiated projects in the past, including Keturah Reserve in Dubai and The Ritz-Carlton Residences.
