One of the top real estate development firms in the UAE, Bloom Holding, has announced that the first phase of Bloom Living, an integrated community in Abu Dhabi, is now accepting unit handovers. The community is called Cordoba.
Early handover of the 257 roomy residential units—including three- to six-bedroom detached villas and two- to three-bedroom townhouses with contemporary finishes and amenities—began before the project’s December 2024 delivery date. The remarkable conclusion of this phase comes after a successful launch in March 2022, during which all units were sold out in less than four hours.
