Shamal Holding announced on Tuesday that it would build and open the Baccarat Hotel and Residences in Dubai.
This nation’s first Baccarat hotel will launch in 2026 and be a part of a brand-new, ultra-luxury mixed-use building in the heart of Dubai.
The two-tower complex will have 144 guest rooms and suites, 49 homes with the Baccarat brand, and four magnificent dining and drinking venues.

The project will be managed by SH Hotels & Resorts.
