South Square, a brand-new luxury residential complex by Dubai South Properties, has been opened. It is well situated along Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road, close to the newly revealed new terminal at Al Maktoum International Airport.
Within three hours of the project’s inception, the S4 Tower was fully sold out.
550 units are available at South Square, which is expected to be completed in Q4 2028.
