Real estate: Six Senses unveils world's tallest residential tower in Dubai Marina

Six Senses announced the opening of Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, their newest project, in partnership with Select Group, a real estate developer in Dubai.

When completed, the 122-story complex will be 517 meters tall, the tallest residential tower in the world.

Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina will integrate wellness amenities and infrastructure into its design concept, staying true to its wellness-centric philosophy. The development’s goal is to offer its residents a complete lifestyle, emphasizing happiness, well-being, and sustainability.

There will be 251 homes in the development, including half-floor penthouses, duplex and triplex Sky Mansions, and two-to four-bedroom deluxe residences. To support residential health, each residence will have unique features like customized wellness wardrobes and a variety of amenities.

Fitness centers, an infinity pool, ice rooms, salt rooms, sound therapy rooms, massage rooms, indoor and outdoor movie theaters, and a longevity clinic offering various services to improve revitalization are among the facilities. On the 109th floor of the tower, there will be a landscaped social space called a “Skydeck.”

Rahail Aslam, group CEO of Select Group, offered the following feedback on the project:

“Our aim is to redefine luxury living with a central emphasis on the holistic well-being of our residents. Our commitment to excellence resonates throughout every aspect of the project, from its ultra-luxurious design to its carefully selected range of amenities, offering residents an unmatched lifestyle experience.”

The project is the result of Select Group and Six Senses’ fruitful collaboration on the critically acclaimed Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai, which marks Six Senses’ first-ever standalone residential development.

Mitchell & Eades will design the interiors, while Woods Bagot and the architectural firm WSP Middle East will lead the project. Furthermore, Energy & Space will offer design strategies related to health and wellness.

With a scheduled handover in 2028, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is currently 25 percent complete.
