Saro, Sharjah's seventh and final phase of Masaar, is launched by Arada

In the Al Suyoh district of New Sharjah, Arada has begun construction on Saro, the seventh and last phase of Masaar, the massive residential woodland development project.

With 813 villas and townhouses worth AED2.34 billion sold in Masaar in the first half of 2023, investor interest in the project’s nature-inspired homes and award-winning master plan has increased significantly as a result of the release of the final 597 residences.

The lovely two, three, and four-bedroom townhouses and luxurious four, five, and six-bedroom villas in the Saro neighborhood include the upscale Saro Forest Signature Villas. Every Saro property comes included with smart technologies, and larger villas give more seclusion, more lounge areas, spacious outdoor spaces, and swimming pools. The second quarter of 2026 is when all of the residences at Saro are expected to be finished.

Shimmy Mathew, Group CFO of Arada, said, “The intense buyer interest that we have seen in Masaar since its launch has made this one of the most popular and bestselling master communities anywhere in the UAE. Saro represents the last chance for buyers to invest in Masaar; therefore, we expect high demand.

Sendian, Kaya, and Robinia, the project’s first three residential districts, have begun construction on 1,416 units. The first homes are expected to be delivered later in 2023. In the upcoming months, the construction contract for the fourth, fifth, and sixth phases, Azalea, Sarai, and Sequoia, will be given out.

The Masaar master plan, which is worth AED9.5 billion, consists of 3,000 homes dispersed across seven gated districts, all of which are connected by a green spine with more than 50,000 trees.
