Trojan General Contracting has been given a construction contract worth AED 584 million by Q Properties, a leading real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates and a subsidiary of Q Holding, for the construction of 302 townhouses and 110 twin villas, all of which are completely sold out.
The elegantly furnished homes are perfect for families because they have lots of outdoor space, and contemporary features, and are spacious. The twin villas have four bedrooms, while the townhouses have three. Both types have a mixed built-up area (BUA) of 118,000 square meters.
Reem Hills, the only gated community on Abu Dhabi’s prestigious Al Reem Island, is located in the center of the city and prioritizes wellbeing and exclusivity.
