According to yearly data from the Ajman Real Estate Index, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman documented 1,853 real estate valuation transactions in 2024, totaling more than AED8.38 billion.
In a press release to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, said that there were 594 valuation transactions for real estate development project units, totaling AED361.8 million.
Additionally, he said that 1,512 valuation transactions of AED3.82 billion were completed for investors requesting golden residency.
Al Muhairi emphasized that the yearly figures show the increasing demand in the Ajman real estate market and showcase the emirate’s allure for businesspeople and investors.
He credited this to Ajman’s excellent real estate options, reasonable pricing, and exciting investment opportunities, all of which meet investor expectations while creating a safe and stable business environment that appeals to a wide range of investor types.
Additionally, he pointed out that in 2024, commercial property valuations accounted for 391 transactions of AED5.29 billion, exceeding residential property valuations of AED2.12 billion. Third place went to industrial properties, which were valued at AED 888 million. Personal property assessments and valuations for courts and institutions were also included in the annual real estate report.
