Aldar Properties of Abu Dhabi continues to invest heavily in Ras Al Khaimah; this time, the company teamed up with Nikki Beach Global to develop three branded residential complexes on Al Marjan Island.
Between the upmarket Rixos Bab Al Bahr and DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, both of which Aldar purchased in 2022, will be built the “Nikki Beach Residences.”
Ras Al Khaimah’s first residential development by the Abu Dhabi master-developer is this one.
Aldar has been on a buying/investing binge in Ras Al Khaimah, including purchasing land to build on already completed developments there.
