Qube, a prominent real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates, has declared the formal groundbreaking of Arisha Terraces, a residential development in Dubai Studio City. Arisha Terraces, which will be finished in 2027, consists of four low-rise structures housing 414 units.
This ceremony, which celebrates the official start of construction, represents another important milestone as Phase 1 of the project is already sold out. It is expected to reinvent community living in Dubai’s new investment center, according to the developer.
The project provides a variety of studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, with beginning costs at AED698,000 ($190,012), to suit a range of demands, from young professionals to expanding families.
According to the statement, every apartment has a large balcony or terrace, Bosch appliances, and integrated smart home systems with environmental sensors to encourage energy conservation. Some units also have pergolas for more privacy and outdoor enjoyment.
Qube claims that a central courtyard serves as the focal point of the project’s design, providing areas for leisure and social contact.
The two-story community center will also have a common kitchen, a library, co-working spaces, and a movie theater. Arisha Terraces is the perfect example of striking a balance between excellent craftsmanship and a vibrant sense of community.
According to the developer, Arisha Terraces is positioned as a pillar of Dubai Studio City due to its advantageous location and expanding reputation as a thriving creative center.
It further stated that Qube Development and Arisha Terraces are embarking on a path of transformation with this announcement.
The project is a reflection of Dubai Studio City’s increasing popularity as a residential and business center, drawing families and professionals looking for upscale living spaces close to important business areas.
Elio Badr, Sales Director at Qube Development, said: “Breaking ground on Arisha Terraces is a proud moment for us. It combines thoughtful design, modern amenities and vibrant community spaces in the heart of Dubai Studio City.”
“This unique offering helped make the selling out of Phase 1 of the development a reality. With high rental yields, increasing demand for affordable housing, and ongoing infrastructure improvements, the area presents strong potential for both short-term rental income and long-term capital appreciation,” he added.
